Edge Landscape Design of Palm Harbor provides professional landscape design, installation, irrigation and drainage, hardscaping, outdoor features, and maintenance services in Palm Harbor, FL and surrounding Pinellas County communities. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or proposal signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion. Scope of work, pricing, and timelines are governed by the individual project proposal and are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, or weather delays.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided by Edge Landscape Design of Palm Harbor are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and site conditions discovered during project execution. Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated in writing via a change order before additional work is performed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project proposal or service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. Failure to remit payment by the agreed due date may result in suspension of services and assessment of late fees as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement.

6. Property Access and Conditions

By engaging our services, you grant Edge Landscape Design of Palm Harbor and its authorized personnel reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed scope of work. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards on your property prior to commencement of work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials are outlined in individual project proposals. Plant material warranties are contingent upon proper irrigation, fertilization, and care following installation. Acts of God, pest infestation, improper watering, or neglect by the property owner void any plant material warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edge Landscape Design of Palm Harbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
